Hi there, I’m Srinivas, and this is the simple belief that forms the bedrock of my journey through real estate.
Before founding Nele Realty, I spent several years building my career across banking and real estate. They were quite insightful experiences that gave me a strong grasp in both financial understanding and customer relationships. My real estate journey began with Puravankara, where I joined as a Sales Officer and was later promoted to Assistant Sales Manager. Eventually, I moved on to work in Provident Park Square, continuing to deepen my understanding of the market, the industry, and the evolving expectations of modern property buyers and investors.

In 2019, I took the entrepreneurial leap and established Nele Realty with a clear vision. While the industry largely focused on facilitating property deals, I saw an opening to build something more comprehensive—an ecosystem that could support clients through every stage of their real estate journey. After obtaining my RERA registration, I began laying the foundation for a business that extended far beyond conventional brokerage services.
Over the years, that vision has kicked-off into a full-service real estate practice spanning residential and commercial properties across multiple cities. Today, we work across buying, selling, leasing, property management, legal compliance, construction, and interior design. Drawing from my
background in construction and a trusted network of collaborators, we also support the development of sustainable and eco-conscious homes.
